From concept to completion, JMID offers a full array of design services, an uncompromising commitment to quality and exceptional customer service. With three highly qualified, fully licensed interior designers and three very talented design associates, the firm can tackle projects of any size.

JMID is affiliated with International Design Source, a wholesale, exclusive to-the-trade resource. IDS has six showrooms between Naples and Sarasota and access to more than 300 furniture manufacturers and 65 fabric lines. JMID’s relationship with IDS gives JMID’s clients the opportunity not only for excellent pricing, but a full showroom experience, including being able to sit in upholstered pieces to test them for comfort.

Over the past twenty-five years, Jinx has built a strong relationship with the best general contractors, flooring suppliers, cabinet makers, painters and craftsmen of every trade in southwest Florida. Working with them, we are able to offer superior service in both remodeling and new construction. We particularly enjoy working with clients from the very beginning of their project, so that we can collaborate with their architect and builder to create a thoroughly integrated design.

Licensed interior designer, Jinx McDonald, originally from Jamaica, is one of Naples’ leading Interior Designers. Her creative flair, broad experience, and warm personality enable her to understand a client’s requirements and to provide original, beautifully designed interiors to suit each individual and their lifestyle as well as their environment.

A Naples resident for over 27 years, Jinx opened her own firm twenty years ago. She has designed interiors for residents of the area’s most prestigious communities and furnished model homes for many of Florida’s top developers and custom home builders.

In addition to her success in southwest Florida, Jinx and her design team have completed projects throughout the U.S., Costa Rica, Jamaica, The Bahamas, Canada, and Ireland. The firm’s portfolio includes a wide range of distinctive high-end residential projects and numerous awards for its continued excellence in design.
